Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT)

What is it for?

  • Nagging muscle or joint pain that keeps popping up again and again
  • Sport injuries and performance enhancement
  • Everyday life twinges

What to expect:

  • Specific exercises are taught to correct muscle imbalances
  • Change can be seen immediately with a MAT session

How does it work?

  • MAT is a systematic approach used to find the source of a muscle imbalance.
  • Once an asymmetry is noted in a joint, the muscles are tested for their contractibility.
  • MAT increases joint range of motion with stability.
  • MAT allows the body’s muscular structure to perform at its peak because all the muscles are working at their optimum.
  • MAT works with all ages and all levels of physical capabilities.
